Regulatory Plans

Pursuant to Executive Order 11-211, Governor Rick Scott requires agencies under the direction of the governor to submit to the Governor's Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform (OFARR) "an annual regulatory plan that shall identify and describe each rule that the agency expects to begin promulgating during the next twelve-month period." Section 12074, Florida Statutes (2015), requires that all agencies file with the Florida Legislature by October 1 of each year a regulatory plan identifying and describing each rule the agency proposes to adopt or amend in the next 12 months. The District's Regulatory Plan appears below.
